Frequently asked questions.
Are we able to touch the snails?
Yes! Guests will have the chance to gently touch and interact with live snails during the tour. Our guides will provide instructions to ensure the snails are handled safely and respectfully.
Why are children below age 3 not allowed?
For safety and hygiene reasons, children under the age of 3 are not allowed to join the tour. The farm experience involves handling live snails and moving through areas that may not be suitable for very young children. This policy helps ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for all guests.
Is the farm accessible for children and seniors?
Yes. Our farm paths are easy to walk, and reachable via elevators. The walkway is suitable for children, seniors, and most mobility needs. Please inform us in advance if special arrangements are required.
What is the minimum and maximum number of guests per tour?
Each tour requires a minimum of 2 guests and can accommodate up to 20 guests per session. For larger groups, we’re happy to make special arrangements — just let us know in advance.
What should I wear and bring?
As we are an indoor farm, come in your most comfortable clothes and shoes!
Do you offer workshops or private events?
Yes! We host school workshops, team-building activities, and private events. Custom programs can be arranged upon request.
Are photography and videos allowed?
Absolutely – we encourage you to capture your farm visit. Just remember to respect the animals and farm facilities.
