Our Team
Wholesnails is run by a small but passionate team who have had a myriad of experiences in government, startups, F&B businesses and our very own entomologist!
Steph Kudus
Founder of WholeSnails
Steph is a seasoned entrepreneur and a passionate foodie. Steph started Hong Kong’s first Hawaiian F&B chain, Pololi Group, ten years ago after a six-year investment banking career at Merrill Lynch.
At Pololi, Steph became intrigued by alternative proteins and began looking for foods that can serve the dual function of being sustainable and tasty. Coinciding with her move back to Singapore, she realised that there was a real opportunity to build Singapore’s first-ever snail farm.
Born and raised in Singapore, Steph completed her bachelor's degree at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and University of Hawaii.
Steph lives in Singapore with her husband and their young son, Asher. When she’s not at the farm, you’ll find her exploring the region with her young family or looking for opportunities to go diving.

He was previously with other entomological startups where he implemented research goals, oversaw experiments and managed import/export regulations.
Nathan graduated from Cornell University where he studied insects, focused on understanding insect biology, market forces, and the entrepreneurial landscape necessary to understand and advance the edible insect industry.
